Se não requer, dispensa-o?

Pois é, Ninguem quer ver o Estado pela frente...mas basta ver que quando na "liberdade" de decidir a coisa dá para o torto, vem logo clamar pela ajuda do Estado!

O argumento é muito interessante mas deixa de parte o facto de que o capitalismo é baseado no principio da propriedade privada os meios de produção e tal só pode existir através da imposição da força. E a mesma só pode ser garantida ou por "exércitos" privados ou através do dominio do estado.
